Balscadden Bay Beach, is located to the southeast of Howth harbour at the beginning of the Howth Head cliff walk. The cove, lined by sea cliffs offer breathtaking views of the Irish Sea and is a tranquil escape for sea swimmers. It is also a popular bathing place for seals!

Howth Head "Where Molly Bloom says Yes" features in a number of James Joyce's works including Ulysses, Dubliners and Finnegans Wake.
