Will you pay for custom fees?
Lizzy's Lane is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties may be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
You received your order and want to return/exchange it . . . How do you do that?
We're always happy to help you out - you have 30 days to file for a return . . . send us an email at info@lizzyslane.com and we will take it from there.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We can receive returns in Ireland & USA.
Strictly no returns on personalized items.
You've received your order and it is incorrect or you've received your order and it's damaged.
Please email us straight away at info@lizzyslane.com with photos if possible and we'll get it resolved as soon as possible.
